Is it that we don't care for the project we are working on? Do we think there is too much to do and we just don't get around to it? Or, are we simply afraid of failure? Why do we see every unaccomplished idea as failure? Could we, instead, realize that these ideas are tests, adventures, or at least steps towards growth? Can we appreciate learning and gaining precious experience in its place?
Since there is no cure (or pill) for procrastination, there is only one remedy. Be a doer not a talker! We must get moving and do the things we said we would do. Not because someone else has expectations of us, but because it will help us to achieve a sense of accomplishment and pride. One by one, we can check the items off the list.
However, remember, we don't have to do something we don't enjoy, there is always a choice. The goals you set for yourself are your goals. You can change them at any time!
