What can we practice today?

Let’s give this some thought. What is it that needs correction in our daily, habitual thoughts and feelings? What’s the negative emotion that seems to come back so easily when probed? Why does a painful experience from the past resurface over and over again.

Let's start observing ourselves carefully and begin cleaning out all of our painful, petty, judgmental, negative memories, and fearful thoughts, one at a time.

Yes, letting go of painful experiences seems like a daunting task at times; but this 'letting go' is a necessary healing process. Of course, we don't know that at first and so we hold on to the memory of the hurt; but it must be done.

Often, this painful experience occurs, because we have outgrown the old and are being pushed by our higher self into a new and better situation. We no longer belong in this lower frequency and therefore we must see the new, better path in front of us.
Self-correction is not a dreadful task. It should be done with joy and gratitude, and with a sincere desire to be right. Not right in opinion, but right according to Universal Law.
