Thoughts on Collective Consciousness

The individual transformation of your mind is not an absolute, but a matter of degree. Each day you are transforming your mind (composed of desire, active thought, past accumulative impressions, and the daily experiences) into a new version of yourself. All impressions and thoughts are stored in your subconscious and transform your understanding as well as your beliefs constantly. Your understanding at this point is relative. It will always be relative to the ultimate Truth.

As I have stated many times before, you must give up the ego in order to find your true self, this pure and all-knowing self, which seems to have been lost for as long as you can remember. This “knowing yourself,” even in a small degree, is necessary as a starting point. Without getting a glimpse of your true Self you cannot understand how Collective Consciousness, or what we call “the people”, works.

Collective consciousness is more powerful than individual consciousness; it is a force to be reckoned with. Our individual consciousness is very powerful in itself - and for self, but when we join other likeminded people in whatever cause we want to support, we are more powerful as a whole. Therefore, start by envisioning that the world is one, that all people are connected. Pretty tough assignment, I know. But you must shed that sense of separateness and realize that Collective Consciousness is more commanding than individual consciousness in the grand plan. As you are the power within your individual world, Collective Consciousness is the power that drives the whole world. However, do not mistake this worldly view with Universal Power, that’s a whole other story discussed at a later date.
