Step by step, would be my first advise. We must start with a rigorous mental housecleaning, a so-called reprogramming of our subconscious reactions, feelings and responses. A sweeping out of old habitual attitudes and beliefs, fearful anticipations and dreadful expectations. It took us years to accumulate our habits and beliefs, so it will take some time to change these fearful and unpleasant culprits. But it can be done, as I said, step by step.
First, look for the sunlight in your life, the beauty in nature, the love of an animal, the good and the beautiful experiences you encounter daily. Most of all, find the loving people all around you. I know you can see it if you just look closely and allow yourself to open up to this wonderful embrace of the Universe.
I like to compare our thoughts to blossoms of the mind. Some unattended ones will come quickly and wilt away. Some are nurtured and cared for; seeds put in fertile mental soil. Flowers bloom beautifully for your enjoyment, and even after they are spent, reaching full fruition, they turn into more seeds, ready to produce more beauty. So it is with your thoughts.
Flowers reproduce more after their own kind – just like our good thoughts produce more good thoughts and feelings. Be assured that all of these good and loving thoughts are causative and will create the life you imagine, step by step!
