Do you feel alone and like you’re fighting the battle by yourself? Always carrying the burden? Do you feel overwhelmed and not appreciated? You are not alone. Many people feel this way. They sense the new day as a struggle, just waiting for the shoe to drop.

So let us take a look at this sense of burden. How can we change this daily load to a more positive and lighthearted experience? Can we let go of this self-inflicted weight and worrisome attitude? What is this sense of separation and loneliness?

Is it that we separate ourselves from God, this Universal power that sustains all? Does this separation—which is only an illusion, as it is impossible to separate from your life source—leave us feeling empty and in a constant struggle?

So many questions that are yearning for answers. I believe we can change our sense to a lighter outlook by letting go and by knowing that all is good and for a good purpose. We must have faith in the Allness of Good, there is no other way. We must start from this premise of goodness being the underlying principle of all life. Only then can we let go of what seems burdensome and oppressive.

Remember, we are never alone, but always all-one. This is a Universal Law. When we grasp this fact of oneness, we will always have continuous strength and support, and we will always feel loved and cared for. But the main thing to remember is that we have our self, our loving, perfect and already complete self. And this all-embracing ‘self’ is the source we can draw from when we feel less than. This inner strength, once we know and trust our own Spirit, will guide and protect us from any and all burden.
