We must strive to gain an understanding of this Truth and embrace the good only; easier said than done, you say? I agree, but we must start somewhere.
Remember, doubt is the prelude to fear. When we start doubting that all is good (in theory) we allow negative thoughts, the expectancy of evil or wrong, to enter our impressionable minds. We look for what ‘could go amiss’ instead of insisting that everything will work out perfectly, no matter what the issue at hand.
This doubt also inflicts anxieties and anxieties about even the smallest things quickly turn into a habit. It’s a feeling of not knowing what the future holds, expecting something dreadful to happen. Symptoms include restlessness, difficulty to concentrate, muscle tension and sweating, shortness of breath and irrational fears. Yes, irrational fears, because nothing has happened yet. It’s only an expectancy of troublesome happenings looking forward.
Therefore, don’t doubt your abilities, your virtues, and your good intentions. Expect a good result wherever you go. Know that you are loved and guided by the Universe, our all-loving father/mother. Know that you are strong and all powerful when thinking correctly.
You are good and loving, and there is no need to fear anything when you have faith in the Allness of Good!
With Love, ULRIKE
