Is evil real?

There is no evil. This is a tough statement for many, given the many wars and horrific occurrences all over the world. But if we take an honest look at what’s happening we can safely say, that all so-called evil is man-made. There is not evil in reality. There would be no evil if we, the people, would not recognize it as such and realize that the only evil or devil there is, is our own personal hell. We are not talking religion here; we are talking about the seeming reality of evil.

Our own wrong thoughts and wrong doings are causing our evil or wrong experiences, knowingly or not. Even with the best intentions we err at times and the Law of Cause and Effect is always in operation. The punishment for wrong doing is automatic and no one can escape the Law. Yes, we don’t always see an immediate punishment and think that certain individuals got “away with murder”, but their own personal sense will catch up with them, they will get their just reward. The beauty of this statement is, that we do not need to be the judge and the jury. We can, and should, go on with our own wonderful unfoldment, here and now.

While learning the lessons of life, we will put our hand on the hot stove, literally, many times. But if we learn the lesson, we will no longer continue to do so, and therefore all wrong experiences will cease. But if you allow the mistake to continue, it will multiply and in no time the fruits will be rotten.

The wars that we see are gross misuses of mass-consciousness. People destroying people and all the goods this universe has given us. The reward is more killing, more pain. When will the people learn, that only peace will bring peace? We, as individuals, might not be able to heal the world in a day, but we can make a difference in our slice of heaven and keep our sense where it belongs. Up and above!

What do we gain by thinking angry and disturbed thoughts? Nothing but more disturbance and anger. This thought of anger does not hurt or affect the one you are angry about, but it disturbs you, your soul will be damaged. Your mental harmony will be injured and you will feel the ill effects.

What we instead should focus on is the opposite, namely the Allness of Good. This is where the almighty bliss lies. This is where life becomes what it’s meant to be. If we believe in a greater power, whatever your name might be for this all-encompassing force, we must believe that it is good. We must believe that it created all living beings with love, through intelligence, and with perfection.

How do I know that all is good? Because I have studied and tested, learned and failed, tested again and again, until I understood this fact. It is difficult to proof this goodness in mere words. Like the wind, spirit is only visible through its action. I can see the leaves move and I can hear the chimes ring, and so it is with goodness.

This goodness is a mental quality, but also a substance. We have been blessed being of this quality and substance, and we are the only ones who can contaminate this goodness by thinking wrong thoughts. To sum it up, we have to be good and do good so we can experience all the good contained in Spirit. Try it, you will be surprised how simple it is.
