People have their own pace, their own way of working things out.
They might appear to be less talented, less quick to act or understand, less tolerant, or less gifted, but by judging others we are taking away from our own good. Why?
Because judging them robs us from the good we could be thinking instead. We must remember that they are not less—they are as perfect as you are. They are just on a different level of unfoldment, or frequency, working on their own issues and challenges. It’s all in the perception. We expect from them a certain level of understanding or capability. But we should not fall into this trap. It’s not our place to demean them or think of them as lesser.
So be compassionate and focus on yourself. Live your life as an example so they can see your progress and blessings. Only that will inspire them (if they desire so) or they can do what they think is right for them. After all, it is their life!
