So, I’m asking the question today: do we experience this feeling of loneliness because we have not learned the “one-ness of all” and its principles? Or is it because we separate ourselves from God, this Universal power that sustains all? Does this separation—which is only an illusion, as it is impossible to separate from our life source—leave us feeling empty and in a constant struggle?
I think, first, we must learn the fact that we are never alone, but always all-one. One with Life, one with Nature, one with the Almighty source. We must also understand that we are already complete within ourselves.
The “other” person, might it be a friend, or spouse, will only add to our enjoyment. When we grasp this fact of oneness, we will always have continuous strength and support, and we will always feel loved and cared for. Partners in life are meant to balance each other, complement each other’s character traits, teach, and support. Cherish and love the true spirit, not the superficial. Having someone to share your life with is a learning experience, something we can grow from. But true fulfillment comes from within. Knowing that we are complete and perfect just the way we are. And with this knowing comes peace and security, which we then can share with our loved ones.
So, when you are feeling overwhelmed or burdened, take a moment to reflect, and know that all will be done in good time. All is Good. Breathe!
