Our inner energy...

Have you ever noticed how exhausted you are after being very emotional, crying, fretting, worrying, being afraid and terrified – you spent your inner energy.

We are energy. We are vibration. We are beings of Light. We are mental beings.

Depression is a lack of energy. Not wanting to do anything, lacking positive vibration, and focusing on negativity and sadness is what causes this mental hell.

We’ve all experienced dragging to work, having no energy, but as soon as we get home and there is an invite waiting for us – maybe to a concert of a favorite band - our energy level changes immediately. In no time we are rejuvenated, dressed, and ready to go.

Therefore, we must always do what we love and by doing so we will have all the energy in the world. This is the key to inner energy – always do and focus on what you like. Follow your heart. You will burst at the brim with vitality and love for life!

What is inspiring?

Every day, in this Earthly life, there are ups and downs, deep emotional valleys, and steep mountains to overcome. We have not yet learned to travel the straight and narrow road of Understanding. We still coast and veer off the path we travel. A sudden change of attitude or a jump back into a dark habitual mood always deters us from moving toward the light.

It is this light, or moment of “seeing with the mental eye,” that inspires us to keep moving and trying to get back on the road to eternal bliss again and again. This glimpse of the Truth that all is good and that we are part of this Universal Goodness with its wonderful effects is what keeps us going.

Inspiration comes in many forms. A wonderful reminder of a past experience, a certain smell reminding you of a pleasant encounter, the sound of a song that triggers loving feelings, looking at nature and its wondrous bounty, or the birth of a baby are just a few examples of new hope and a fresh want for living.

Knowing that God is close and ever present is all the inspiration I need to keep moving forward. Seeing the sunrise in the early morning hours reminds me that I have another chance to change my course and I will travel happily toward my ultimate goal, which is perfect Understanding of the Allness of Good.

What is Faith?

Real or true faith is not blind faith. True faith is Understanding or the faith in Truth. It is faith that all will work out no matter what the situation, knowing the truth of Universal perfection.

What truth you ask? The Truth of Life. Knowing the Laws of the Universe, the Laws of God or better called the Law of the Allness of Good.

Real faith is a sense of confidence in the all power of our thought. Faith is an attitude; it is a certain way of thinking. Faith is the knowing that everything we desire already exists as a possibility in mind. It is a certainty of things yet to come. Faith is a right feeling.

We have to identify ourselves with having the ability and potential already within. The “kingdom” is within, not without. We are the sole creators of our lives and once we know this fact, it will cause us to establish the faith needed to continue in a more positive way. It will make us look toward the light rather than the darkness of despair. No matter what the experience of the day, true faith will push us in the right direction. Be blessed!

Go on a mental diet...

“Go on a mental diet and abstain from hurry, worry, and fear. Take in only the pure and the calm and be confident that the power of the Universe supports you - as it is within.”

What’s a mental diet you ask? Just like we refrain from eating heavy, fatty, unhealthy foods during a physical diet, we must refrain from wrong, fearful, and worrisome thoughts during a mental diet. Healthy eating habits are important. A balanced meal will keep you fresh and active and so will a balanced mental attitude. We have established that our mental state reflects on our body (it’s not the other way around) and we have also learned that we can heal our dispositions by changing our mindset.

For example: Nervousness stems from an uneasy mind that lacks self-confidence, unfounded fear, or a guilty conscience. The individual constantly thinks that he/she has something to worry about or has done something wrong. Maybe, they want to live up to someone else’s expectations and feel unworthy or lesser than. But remember, we only have to live up to our own expectation. When we do the best we can and we act loving and kind, we don’t have to please anyone.

We must do this cleansing of the mind daily and vigorously, step by step, starting with our fears. All pettiness and judgment must be discarded to allow love to flow into our thought stream. Practice is the key, so calm yourself and know that all is good!

Me...

This little word: “Me”- what impact! “Me,” “I,” “My,” “Mine,” - designates all I ever will be, and all I ever will know. It is my sense of my perception of me and my world. When you say “Me” or “I”, it is your sense of your perception and your world.

Ulrike was the name given to me at birth by my parents. I was named after a calf, raised on the farm where my mother grew up; she found it cute. Interestingly enough my nickname “Uschi” (sounded “oo-shee”) means “Cow” in Japanese and it translates into “Happy” in Kundalini. The Cow represents “Patience” – a patient and happy cow, I like it!

This name was the first ego ID established for me. It made me someone, in their eyes, a person - it established “who” I was.

I am Ulrike.

The important words in this sentence, I am Ulrike, are the words “I Am.” I am alive, I exist, I am spirit, I am conscious, I am aware, and I am Life itself.

Sit still for a minute and think about YOU. Say: “I Am” and feel your aliveness. Feel yourself think. Know that you are conscious. Being - nothing else matters; at least not at this moment. Namaste!
