“Never mask the Truth just to please another person!”
Think about balance in your life; a balance that keeps you healthy and mentally fit. Do you feel balanced and steady or do you just work and run around busying yourself with chores? Do you listen to your inner voice and slow down when you feel exhausted or do you keep going, trying to push yourself to the limit? Are you stressed about your job and your daily responsibilities or do you also have fun, laugh, and calmly rest? Do you spend quiet time with yourself?
Give it some serious thought and see where you need to adjust your daily doings to bring balance back into your life, because physical vitality is the result of healthy, vital, happy and vigorous thoughts. Physical weakness is the reflection of worn out, tired, vulnerable, and confused thoughts.
Therefore, we must think strong and healthy thoughts; we must love life. Health comes from within, never from without. Let us find this calm, peaceful place within, where nothing but goodness and happiness dwells.
Say to yourself: Today I will sow seeds of kindness, love and compassion – today I will give thanks.
There is nothing mysterious about the inner power which contains our ability to create and shape our lives. This power we draw from our higher self; it's part of our existence. This power is who we are and it’s here for us to use.
Our thoughts, like magnets, attract a similar frequency. They will bring back to us what we think most of. The thoughts we think and the convictions we have about what is real and true (and unfortunately what is unreal and untrue) shape our every day, our future.
We are here to unfold this power from within and we do this by learning about our true self and listening to what this inner voice tells us. This learning includes not only the self, but also what we call others, relationships, people.
Remember, we are each other's teachers and students; it works both ways. We attract each other, so we can learn from the experiences and character of the other. When we look at the other, we really are looking at ourselves. Yes, even when we look at the unlovely. There is always something that we must see and correct, always something that shows us the way.
To use our power correctly, let us make sure that we think thoughts of love, calm, peace, joy, and comfort. We will be better off for it.

All obstacles and unpleasant encounters in our daily experiences are merely showing up because we haven’t cleared our mentalities of negative thoughts and pessimistic expectations. We still see these unpleasant occurrences as real, and possible, and therefore they cause mental blocks, or you can say “negative obstructions” in our minds.
How can we change this habit of negative expectancies? Why not go to the positive instead?
We must release our pent-up negative energy created by our doubts and fears. We must allow our good and positive mind-set to take over. We must look at all undesirable events as learning tools; as something that will assist us in making better choices.
Instead of remembering the unpleasantness’ of the past we can focus on the new day and what good it has in store for us. All it takes is awareness. Awareness of what we do habitually and what we believe to be true.
So, let us be aware of our thoughts and actions on a daily basis. Living in conscious awareness means to fully understand the powerful effects our thoughts have, here and now. Knowing that our thoughts and feelings are the cause of our experiences will stir up the desire in us to think and act better, and to use our feelings in a more positive way. Let’s practice!

I’m sure we can all agree that fear and hate are the lowest vibrations in the Universe. They are the opposites of Universal Love and Universal Intelligence. Love is Wisdom, Harmony, Peace. Love is Kindness and Gentleness. Love is without anger and irritability. Love is Truth. Love is trust in the Goodness of all. Love has the power to create – it is the Power of the Universe. Love is God and God is Love. Period.
We must strive to gain an understanding of this Truth and embrace the good only; easier said than done, you say? I agree, but we must start somewhere.
Remember, doubt is the prelude to fear. When we start doubting that all is good (in theory) we allow negative thoughts, the expectancy of evil or wrong, to enter our impressionable minds. We look for what ‘could go amiss’ instead of insisting that everything will work out perfectly, no matter what the issue at hand.
This doubt also inflicts anxieties and anxieties about even the smallest things quickly turn into a habit. It’s a feeling of not knowing what the future holds, expecting something dreadful to happen. Symptoms include restlessness, difficulty to concentrate, muscle tension and sweating, shortness of breath and irrational fears. Yes, irrational fears, because nothing has happened yet. It’s only an expectancy of troublesome happenings looking forward.
Therefore, don’t doubt your abilities, your virtues, and your good intentions. Expect a good result wherever you go. Know that you are loved and guided by the Universe, our all-loving father/mother. Know that you are strong and all powerful when thinking correctly.
You are good and loving, and there is no need to fear anything when you have faith in the Allness of Good!
